Well, I live in the north of Ireland and IMHO this isnt anything to do with ISIS. We Irish have our own home-grown terrorists to worry about.

The sad fact is if you have ammonia and chlorine bleach in your home or laundry you technically have the ingredients for a chlorine bomb.
That makes you a potential poison gas WMD possessor.
That pretty much makes every household a potential bombmaker.
