Eat right and guard your health!! Colon cancer could surge among young!!! pray for health for our society!!
The rise in incidence in the younger population -- blamed on lifestyle choices -- goes against a long-running decline in colon cancer among people over 50.

The decline was largely due to tougher screening and regular colonoscopies.

The projected rise in the young is based on unhealthy eating and other lifestyle factors, said the findings in the Journal of the American Medical Association Surgery.

By 2030, more than one in 10 colon cancers and nearly one in four rectal cancers will be diagnosed in patients younger than 50, said the study conducted by researchers at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Two things:

1) The poor health today are the results of our overly processed foods, eaten in place of nutritious ones and also most people lack vitamins. You can't expect a plastic bread spread, aka margarine, to be any more nourishing than putting shelac to a wilting flower instead of watering it. So naturally disease is the result.

2) Worse health aside, doctors, backed by powerful pharmaceutical and government agencies, are quick to find "something wrong" with people which is sometimes a none-issue. While cancer at least has objective evidence of it's presence, other illnesses they say you have do not. I usually call these the "numbers diseases", your choleserol is too high, your BP is too high your sugar is too high, etc etc which oftentime are either non-issues, or just symptoms of something else. The bottom line is that it's just an excuse to put you on drugs to lower those numbers without getting to the root cause and the drugs do not increase lifespan or quality of it. The only thing it increases is the doctor's pocketbook.

Just something to consider while everyone else seems stumped as to why we all of a sudden have such a sickly generation. Commonsense, really.
