One of the ways the elite fend off attacks stems out of the Tesla, Scalar (basically HZ) and their philadelphia experiments.
They can both, phase in and out, ie, be partly here, and partly in a sub channel or plane/dimension, and using HZ techology, or sine waves, can create bubbles or shields around military and elite buildings.

Do we ever wait on that one. Its really time to stand up and shout NO, general strikes, round table signatures in every community, absolute awareness and refusal to allow or participate.
