IF a nuclear war breaks out. You will not have to worry about a draft at all. Everyone would be dead or dying from radiation poisoning! No one would be safe if it was an all out massive strike so dont even worry. Really hope it never comes to that but..... Time will tell.

Putin, I have read, is ill. He will not like the idea that "that Monkey." Might out live him. He does not like the world in general telling him how to run his nation. He wants to restore Russia to the great nation it once was.

The truth is Russia has been constructing underground shelters for the majority of its people. Thay have been stocking them and asking the people to stockpile water and foods.

The USA have built shelters for the government and the elite. The common man is not included in plans of survival. The people are not asked to stockpile...in fact it is becoming a crime to make the effort to protect your family. Efforts are still underway to disarm us.

Perhaps the truth is if anyone can survive a nuclear war it will be a Russian. So why not toss the dice and enjoy the show.
