Has anybody else here recently been experiencing chest pains/heart attack symptoms/panic attacks?
I started noticing a tightness/slight pain in my left beast bone area/left underarm around October 22nd.

On November 1st, I was absolutely convinced that I was having a heart attack. The pain kicked up, I had extreme hot flashes accompanied by light-headedness, tingling all over my body and cold sweats.

I could barely form sentences or move my limbs (when I walked my legs and arms trembled uncontrollable). I had a family member drive me immediately to the ER, where they told me that all of the tests indicated that it was not cardiac related and that I was likely dehydrated.

After that incident, I made ABSOLUTELY SURE to drink 2-3 liters of water (sometimes more) every day, out of fear that it would happen again. It was the absolute most terrifying experience of my life.

On the 6th, it happened again. Went to the ER for more tests. Again, normal. They prescribed Xanax, which helped. But the RX was only for a few days' worth.

Again, on the 14th, I started to have another full blown attack. I was home alone at the time so I had to call an ambulance. There was a third round of normal tests and another prescription for Xanax.

Anyway, the reason I ask this question is because more than a few of my friends on Facebook have reported chest pains from anxiety very recently and I am wondering if this is a widespread trend.

I could never before even have imagined that stress could manifest itself as such a seemingly life-threatening set of symptoms as heart attack symptoms.

I had an Heart Attack in May this year, and they could not find it via EKG they found it in blood work. Had four stents put in altogether.

I trust the ER drew blood? I mean they must've...

Chest pains happen to this day, also on occasional Xanax.

OP - It might sound counter-intuitive, but get to the gym. Watch your blood sugar, count carbs. I dunno, might help.

Yes op you're not alone, but I have battled anxiety for years ever since my brother was killed in a mva in 2006, I find breathing calms me down, and also saying a prayer or mantra remember it's mind over body. I don't like to take pills but I would think it's happening more so due to the solar flares we're having.

I would suggest staying away from the triggers also, alcohol, coffee, eat clean whole foods, stay away from red meat if you must have red meat then choose antibiotic free game meat. Also I don't eat the meat that is loaded with hormones such as chicken and fish.

And eat plenty of green leafy veggies and drink tons of water. Make sure you're getting probiotics also and you may have a shortage of magnesium. Try taking a supplement or eat more greens. Also find something to relax yourself listen to calming music or work out when you feel a attack coming on. I know it's scary been there myself and ended up in the hospital because it feels like you're dying but you're going to be ok. Just keep on telling yourself this, use it as a mantra even. I find prayer helps alot also.hf

They did take blood. Three different times. None of them indicated heart tissue death.

I definitely have not been as physically active as I should be as of late. In fact, I think the past few months have been the most sedentary of my life. Not to mention the roller coaster of anxiety and stress of following this Ebola bullshit.

I just wish I could get through these panic attacks without absolutely feeling like I have to go to the ER.

Re: Has anybody else here recently been experiencing chest pains/heart attack symptoms/panic attacks?
Yes.

I've been having some unexplained chest pains of late - firstly in the heart region - I have reflux disease but it has been in check for awhile now through omeprazole and diet / eating habits change - and it was more of a crushing sensation. I'm a tad overweight for my height but not obese, but cholesterol was high. Had an ECG - awaiting results, but initial doctor examination didn't pick anything up.

Now getting a nasty soreness to the right of my right breast and underarms.

Re: Has anybody else here recently been experiencing chest pains/heart attack symptoms/panic attacks?
If the panic attacks continue and you want them treated, ask your doctor about maybe prescribing Sinequan. It's one of the older meds for anxiety, it doesn't dull you down or make you sleepy and it sure does handle anxiety with few to no side effects. It's also not addictive.

If you're opposed to taking meds on a regular basis and you can narrow down what's causing the anxiety, attack the cause. If you're afraid of Ebola, then try to come up with a plan like stocking up on food, water, and other essentials so that you can bug out to where Ebola isn't...or bug in and lie low until it burns out. When you're actively doing something to address the cause of the panic, you'd be amazed how fast it disappears.

Hope any of this helps.

Do you experience fatigue? Anything in your life that's causing high stress level?

I think you should get your sex hormone levels checked. Hormone problems will cause the symptoms that you listed. Please don't rely on the benzo drugs. They will help in the short term, but will cause more pain in the long.

THIS ^^

My oldest daughter lives in Salt Lake. She is 30 and in great health. For the past 3 days she has been having significant chest pain, and pain in her stomach. The spasms are very painful.

I live in Florida, have been having chest pain about a week and a half. I was checked out 20 yrs ago when I had it happening and there was no pathology. It is the same as back then. but much worse - much more intense. I have mitral valve. Also I have had stomach pain and 2 bouts of the flu in 5 days.

My youngest daughter is 21 and lives in Lansing, Mi. She told me last night that SHE is having chest pain. She did not know that her sister and I are having the same thing.

Today, I talk to my bf's Dad and guess what...chest pain for about a week. Again he had no idea that me and my kids are having it too.

Something very VERY strange is going on, and over a very widespread area.

This thread absolutely needs to be pinned for discussion.

If you are still concerned about your heart, you can ask them to perform an echocardiogram. This is different then an EKG and provides actual live motion imaging of the heart. They can more easily see any blockages.

Unless you are older or have other risk factors, it's more likely something else. Are your other vitals normal (HR, blood pressure, temperature). Do you have any active infections (high WBC)?

Don't keep taking Valium. Maybe a magnsium supplement would be helpful.

Op I'm having exact the same , all tests clear , something is up , something sinister , not sure iff it's earth field a virus or what but I have had this on and off for a few years now it kicks in when burning candle at both ends , exhaustion , and most of all stress

It's slowly getting worse like my nerves are fucked , my misses is now getting symptoms and my kids I believe something very sinister is on the horizon , shortness of breath , joint pains very severe fight or flight panic attacks pupils huge Prozac didn't do much , but sertreline and amytriplyne both have levelled me out

My lungs were full of white glue and I was also dehydrated leading to siezures , I've upped the salt in my diet and iff you want to get better you got to get pure

Stay drinking , drugs etc it gets worse a lot worse till you could die I was in intensive care twice over same issue heart speed lowered to 48 beats a minute but everything else fine

Something is Deffo up not sure what yet , rehydration electro light sashes seem to sort me out vit b12 iron , added salt

Not sure iff it's adrenal related , weather it's related to the bible saying the wicked would stumble around like drunks , not sure but it's bad

An awefull lot of folk seems to be getting it , I said to my sister only the laws of God can sort this out , and Deuteronomy diet laws , funny thing is there pretty similar to paleo diet and my sister has noticed huge improvement

I believe the laws if God were to protect us , Fukushima poisons shit out of sea shell fish are fucked , pigs eat shit and very close to humans I believe there the scorce for Alzheimer's etc could be the cause of this don't know

But either way this year I'm getting closer to God and dietary laws big time

Lol they are so bad mine were similar to where bond was poisoned in casino Royal ... Every time I would go hospital then after like the 8 time my misses said your ok , sit down slow breaths , then I kept telling myself it's just adrenalin , go to the nearest mirror your pupils will be huge then it instantly calmed me , I know it's chemicals and just got to sit down and ride it out , good luck

I recommend sertreline and chlorpromazine , start on 50 mg sertreline and over two week raise to 200 have 25 mg a day of chlorpromazine it will dope you up and stop the panic attacks , lasted thee months for me until I got n them meds and I lost a stone and half

I think it's either radiation, the sun going bonkers, Wifi sickness or a primal fear of some coming catastrophe. I'm with ya though OP. My system has gone cuckoo but the docs say I'm fine.

Have heart symptoms, but not pain. I have palpitations; a couple times it just felt like my heart was shaking really hard and I thought that was gonna be it. I'm 44, healthy otherwise. My doctor did an EKG and I wore a heart monitor for 24 hours a few months ago... nothing, perfectly healthy. It sucks knowing a vital organ is acting up and you can't do a thing about it.
Does make you wonder if something is up since so many people are experiencing heart issues.

Re: Has anybody else here recently been experiencing chest pains/heart attack symptoms/panic attacks?
a couple weeks ago I had the most intense fatigue of my life, I couldn't keep my eyes open for more than twenty minutes and even then it was struggle. it was next to impossible to move my arms and walking was absolute torture. I honestly thought I was pregnant again, because the symptoms were so similar, but so much more intense. it has seemed to subside for the most part. still get random attacks of fatigue, light headedness and blurry vision. now I have almost daily headaches and occasional extreme exhaustion where I have to nap midday for no apparent reason.

anyone else experiencing this?
