CIA weapon.
Caught him(rogue cia) shooting me with a heart attack gun.
Looks like a laser pointer in shape of gun with autoaim to heart.
Suspect was driving and already aimed my heart before seeing me visible around wall.
Wake up people
Smoke weed and fight it
