It's not just you TC. I feel the same way. It has been building for about a month for me, feels like it is going to reach a crescendo.

This forum has made me feel that way before. Reading all of the negative pinned threads. If you really read into some of that stuff it can make you think like what's the point.
If you go to other pages, I find some great nongloomy stuff but don't let the ways of the world creep in. Find strength and peace in something else. Maybe try praying. If you truly are experiencing something like this it cannot be peaceful. Maybe you are fighting the feeling but if you do not figure out what is causing this discord in yourself, it will consume you.

I feel for me its a combo of tyranny fatigue, doomitis, and ego death.

That is Impossible for you not to feel some kind of negativity. I mean you started this thread for a reason. If it wasn't for the strangeness of the feeling you would have not started this thread. Maybe you started the thread for validation? Maybe to make you feel like everything is going to be ok if you knew others where in the same realm?
If it was a fantastic feeling that's the way you would have stated but you are not sure how you really feel by the way it sounds and that cannot be a balancing feeling.
I guess I cannot really say since I do not know what may have precipitated this feeling, but from my own experience of the feeling you are describing, I felt more like I was accepting it, not necessarily liking it and that is not a good feeling to me. Thats just my own thoughts, from my own experience.
There are so many factors and on a forum where we know no one it is hard to really say.

Bingo, it's about validation. As one struggling with these types of feelings I can say you're wrong. It's NOT gloomy or depressing. The real 'difficulty' with it is it raises questions about their validity? Thus the need for validation.
