He doesn't care about the illegals either or even more votes for democrats. He is purposefully destroying the rule of law and establishing rule by fiat as the primary means of governance for America. Whether it is his executive orders or a judges gavel makes little difference to him. He is accomplishing his objective to destroy our republic's rule by law and has replaced it with rule by a state approved overseer.
