Hey I've been feeling this way for a long time now. I've always been quiet and reserved and at age 27 I still have a very hard time holding a conversation past an initial greeting, in person that is.

Please ask someone for help, wake up and do some quick push-ups and sits ups if you are able and try to stay active! I promise it will get better!!
