Not really, when you have weapons capable of actually terraforming the planet any and every nation that can do so will construct facilities capable of maintaining civilization.

Prior to the end war they knew exactly what can happen so they built tens of thousands of square miles worth of underground facilities in Americas and elsewhere, it was all done in case of a global conflict rather than against a natural disaster.

As to whether they correspond? No, they were built on a scale designed to house milions as opposed to hundreds.

None, there are societies with roots several thousands years back and access to even older knowledge but that's it.

There is a place in South America, though the name does not come to mind, where a range of mountains had individual hills that had massive shapes of Human faces,, Heads, and of animals. These are mountainous size structures. When were they put there ? Who put them there ? How ? And for what purpose ?
