Indicted or Not?

Think he will be indicted but be found not guilty at the trial.

I voted no...but on deeper reflection, they may go forward with the indictment in an attempt to head off any riots or violence, then dismiss it later, i don't think it will ever go to a trial.

I'm not a lawyer or anything I'm a chemist but I think it's the fair think to do. It seems to me there is enough evidence to indict because the standards are lower than for a trial. With the current evidence I'm not sure if there is any way he can be found guilty of there is a trial. Maybe the prosecution still has something up their sleeve. Guess we will see.

Overwhelmingly people are voting "NO". Why is that? Because you want it to be that way? Or because the evidence points to it being a no?

To me, the evidence isn't clear either way..

I don't have all the evidence, however it seems that the officers actions where not at odds with department procedure. We are dealing with a court of law, so one has to do their best to take concepts of justice or emotions out of the decision.

It is also my conviction that after the announcement that we will have riots in multiple cities across the nation. How large and for how long remains to be seen.

The cop gets assaulted and has to struggle for his own weapon against the perp and the evidence isn't clear?

Cops nearly always walk. That's why so many people hate them.

Law abiding citizens don't hate cops. Well, not most.

the law abiding ones I know do. ...well maybe hate is a strong word, but certainly no longer Respect them. Do I know good/great cops, Yes. but the profession, as a whole, is not what it was in my youth.

If Eric Holder's racist biased department of injustice weren't pushing it with the help of the national media, this story would never have been anything other than local news the first night and there would never have been any chance of a clearly innocent man defending his own life being charged with a crime.

No one should be falsely charged just because a lynch mob wants revenge but that is exactly what is being pushed. Just because he would not be found not guilty at trial, is not a justification for financially ruining his life and costing the taxpayers potentially millions as well.

Hard to say what will happen now that it's had months of national media attention and the corrupt force of injustice from Obama's henchmen.

Same thing happened to Zimmerman and he was indicted. Seems to be more resistance to that this time. I voted no, but we live in different country than the one I grew up in.

We don't know what the evidence is. The only people who know are the parties involved. The GJ is. Closed door. The evidence we hear of is nothing but speculation and fairy tail made up by the lame stream media. We can only wait and see.
