Live cam feed FROM the moon

The question is pertinent no?

I think this is a great idea. Start a kickstarter. I'll help fund it! If you need ideas for reward levels for different levels of funding let me know. My ideas are a dime a dozen!

I appreciate the enthusiasm Coppercoal, but let me rephrase my question...

With the trillions upon trillions of $ taken from us plebs, why is it that in 2014, we don't have a public live feed from the moon of the moon? It's 'right there' dammit, it's not like we're talking about going to Mars here lol... ;)

If there is a feed and i'm just too rusty with my search engine research skills please, let me know the link(s)...I just find it unfathomable that there can't be at least ONE in 2014 if the moon is as they say it is...

Didn't Japan send a rover-type thing to the moon about 5 years ago?

There is no moon

It would be awesome to have a cam pointing towards earth where you gaze over the moons surface facing earth.

Indeed, the technology is there, and has been for several years if not decades. I can't see a logical reason other than like you say there is something to hide...

I think it could be fun to start a poll about this...

Anyone else have theories about this?

So far we have :

1 - There is no moon (hologram theory i'm guessing?)

2 - Spaceship moon theory (not really familiar with this, but i guess it speaks for itself)

3 - NASA doesn't have the budget

4 - A live feed of the earth from the moon would reveal the real earth and tptb can't have that

Others to add :
5 - No one at NASA thought about it

6 - Hollow earth/concave earth/glass sky theory

7 - We never went to the moon and can't get there now by 'public' methods or at all

8 - The moon is already inhabited and we must not see this

9 - It's not important as long as i have my iphone

10 - ?

for a live image of something that DOES NOT CHANGE.

We only just got a live feed from the space station
in the last few months and only because it can
piggyback on communications equipment aloft and
ground stations that have OTHER purposes.

SRY but B.S.! the cost would not be 'horrendous'

They say they are planning a manned mission to Mars...now that is a costly mission...what's a couple million to prove to us monkeys that the moon is as they say it is...

As far as i'm concerned, we've already paid for this many times over (with taxes), but if a serious privately funded project were brought forward, i'd contribute (again).

I think only governments and some private firms that work closly with governments can send shit up there.
Don't care how much money you got you can't install nothing up there. You will be blocked by same guys who control governments and world.

They can, but will never do it. They dont want you to know what they know is in there. Total game changer for TPTB if everyone knew it would mean their governments were lying and thus will loose control. So... you will never see any cameras, at least for the public.

Camera on the sun...!! Go big or go home!

But by not allowing it, they are proving that they are lying about something 'important'...

How convenient that a major collapse is coming now that we are so advanced technologically (again?)...

LOL OP I have always thought about this, why not have a geostationary satellite that's only purpose, is to show us a live stream of the earth? I mean, hell it can't be that expensive and it also would pay for itself by allowing the entire world to see how stupid all our little troubles are and that we're all here together, living as one..

Would we see something other than the close Moon Surface?

It could easily be mounted on a pole and have pan, tilt and zoom, so we would see any birds eye view angle

You would probably need a pole anyways for the data exchange

I honestly believe a live stream at all times (if possible) of this planet we call Earth, would do wonders. OP is onto something lol.. just seeing the curvature of earth for some people is breathtaking for them..
