He was quite good. I liked his music but did not like his hat.

The winner's name is Craig Wayne Boyd, not John Wayne Boyd. He was awesome last night, and deserved to win. The guy can sing, but there is something I didn't care for about him...then he confirmed it for me. When he sang "when I look into her eyes" at the end, he was busy romping around in the audience instead of being with his wife and son on stage. He gave his son a kiss but did not even seem to acknowledge his wife. They had mentioned in previous shows that he was a single parent. I believe that woman is the boy's nanny.
