Mars is out as far as colonizing goes, low gravity = sickly. Venus, on the other hand, is practically custom made for humans...30 miles up that is. At 49.5 km up (30.76 miles) the pressure is the same as sea level pressure on earth. The temperature at this altitude is 66 farenheit (19 celcius), cool.
