Better than elevator: overpass leads pedestrians straight to the 13th floor

A 40-meter-high overpass that can take pedestrians from one side of the road to the 13th floor of a residential building.

Looking quite weathered, it’s unclear when the bridge was first built, but nearby residents still appear to be unconcerned about its safety. “This footbridge has been here since I was born and we are proud of it,” said a woman who lives nearby.
