Stay warm with plenty of fluids. Let your fever break naturally by insulating yourself as warm as you can, and sleep through the fever until it breaks. Keep water next to you, and drink a sip every time you wake up, even slightly. If you have any sort of appetite, something with spice will help you break fever naturally. I like Chicken Tortilla Soup when I'm sick. Get better soon.  All your ebolas are belong to us. |
