HEY Grandpa, WHats fer Supper! well, here's what i made..what are YOU having?

12 hour marinated lime,tequila, and cilantro chicken, grilled outside to keep the horrible Tx heat outta my kitchen...

pico de gallo(My own version...cilantro, lime, parmesan, olives, garlic, all processed, and tomatoes and hot sauce added later)

spanish rice

refried beans

grated cheese

bell peppers and onions sauteed

tortillas to wrap all these goodies into.

key lime pie, homemade, for dessert.

my kids are reeeally happy and full now. I used to suck at cooking. Now I think Im pretty damn good at it. I no longer hate my own cooking. I have ARRIVED! :5:
