It's heat/ cold related ..... Contraction and expansion.

Could be ductwork cooling off after the furnace has cycled its burner, ormif you have radiators then you got air trapped.

Dryer, fartfan or rangehood vent that has a small spring loaded shutter (where it exhausts). Some of these don't have a balance hole drilled into the center of them. If the wind is somewhat blowing this can spring open and closed because of the differential in air pressures between the inside and out of the house. They can give the exact sound that you are referring to because, it sounds like a bit of suction when they open and close because of the spring balance/pressure.
