Won't be the same though. Show was made in a different era. Look what happened to restarting Beavis and Butthead.

There is still a big audience for this type of show. It just has to be done carefully. Hmm. Never made that connection before. Following that logic the next series may require therapy after watching, considering Fringe kinda pushed the margins out pretty far from where X-Files set them. I haven't even seen the last couple of seasons, but there were some serious mind fucks in what I did see. aHEMagain
