I vote British/English accent... I live in MA/NJ/NY/RI/CT now (since 1989).. and I lived in UK midlands as a teenager and grew up in the US south with brief stints living in CA and MT. Of course all of this hardly matters.. he may still be US or UK or NATO or a mercenary or just an independent combatant .. this is all speculation really...
