Many many pics at link below and this...........

(snipped)

"Surprisingly, one of the most extraordinary and astonishing versions came from none other than Lev Ivanov himself. In 1990, the retired Prosecutor published an article, “The Enigma of the Fireballs”, where he admitted that in spring of 1959, under the pressure of A. P. Kirilenko, and of his deputy, A. F. Yeshtokin, he withdrew various key materials from the case that indicated the true cause of the accident: “fireballs” or a UFO."

Re: excited to share info re: dyatlov pass incident
This may be explained by one of pilots claiming they saw TWO bodies at the tent, one female one male. We have a tremendous amount of evidence suggest the bodies were in fact moved. Certainly the 4 at the den didn't die there. Again, I can go in to it if u need me to.

A very bizarre case.

Thanks for the link OP and others, have not seen it before. Interesting to read thru with the Portuguese translation.

Am not sure we'll ever get to the bottom of this mystery. Because of the secrecy surrounding it in the beginning, not sure we'll ever get hold of all the facts and such.

At the following link, is a good article.. but the comment section below that is what caught my interest. Lots written there by others who have been studying this case a great deal. Here's one of those comments, which just adds to the mystery:

"Here are a couple of other interesting snippets, taken from another source: "A chance meeting...on a train with a medical assistant at the accident site - Maria Ivanovna - revealed that she recalled 11 bodies being discovered and not nine. Two were hurriedly removed to a destination unknown to her." and "Yuri Yarovoi (a Sverdlovsk writer and journalist who was the photographer for the original rescue mission and later involved in the inquest) wrote a fictional book entitled 'of the highest Rank of complexity'.." (a romanticized version of this incident) "He was allegedly made to rewrite it twice before the authorities permitted its publication. In this version only the team leader dies. Now this is the interesting part: Yuri and his wife were killed in a car crash in the mid 1980's a few short years before the partial declassification of the Dyatlov papers. According to this source all his papers, records and private notes of the Dyatlov Pass Incident have gone missing."

false. Only photo in question is the last one in the tripod on the center of the tent with the bright light filter put on. Tremendous evidence they took a pic inside the tent of the light outside. Which again is not a flaalight, fire, and not daylight.

There was some television programme about this that claimed that the film the hikers took show a bigfoot like shadow in the forest in the last exposed frame or among the last frames.

It this true or is it bullshit?

Another excellent source in russian. There are a series of fairly recent interviews with investigators in the case and one of the last interviews with Yuri Yudin. (Who was cremated and now buried with the rest of the group in the cemetary, I find this very touching)

I am the OP. I was banned the second I tried to post the ice photo. I have exhausted the English articles available and we are now focusing on the Russian publications. Translation is unbelievably important.

We have come across evidence not only are the criminal files missing extremely important telegrams (such as evidence the criminal investigation on site began Feb 6th, two weeks before the school realized they were even missing and started forming search parties) but it's clear the coroner's report was making huge jumps to try to prove hypothermia. It appears he lied repeatedly about an imflamation of the brain which wasn't even visible with the injuries damage done. On top of that we have no fetal positions, no urine expelled which is a huge indicator of hypothermia. We r working with redacted files. We have to assume both the coroner and lead investigator were ordered to leave things out and try to lead readers to think something which is contrary to the autopsies And evidence.

I also want to suggest the above link for those dedicated/obsessed enough to read through it. Extremely good info folks! days worth of reading. Now, as is the case with every author they are essentially trying to convince u their theory is the right one. We all have an agenda. Hense, needing lots of sources. I really want to encourage people on this thread to share links to the foreign publications specifically.

**Easiest way to get them is to use russian characters for Dyatlov in a Google search and rely on translation to guide u through articles worth looking at.

** I really want to discourage silly yeti, crypto, aliens, and avalanche theories. I do have a working theory of my own right now. But i'm still working on debunking my own theory ha!

Have you read the article on looo.ch, the one on Ermak travel guide and the one on The Cloaked Hedgehog? Each one adds new information.

I'm struck by the cover-up also. The authorities in Russia either knew what happened or thought they did. I think this pretty much takes all of the possibilities out of contention except for the ones where the government is involved, i.e. rocket, testing or my favorite, the CIA.The CIA theory I believe would also implicate Russia authorities.

I believe the tent and the bodies were moved as you mentioned above. I also believe they were killed using a new high tech weapon that can kill or injure people without visible damage to their bodies.

A poster above suggested a microwave weapon. I know that some type of microwave weapon was tested extensively in Iran. I believe it can immobilize you and also kill you depending on the strength of the
blast.

The fact that the bodies were burned also is indicative of some type of weapon. I thought it was strange how just certain small portions of several persons were burnt and not their entire bodies or entire leg, head, arm, whatever. In one of the articles I read, someone suggested that the guy with the burnt (carbonized) hands held them directly in the fire to warm them. Sure buddy.

I have much more on my mind about this incident but will wait to hear more from others so as to have a complete a picture as possible.

Re: excited to share info re: dyatlov pass incident
my father and i have recently become obsessed with the case. To begin with, far and away the best info is at [link to www.viafanzine.jor.br] ***you will need to translate the language** there are 4 pages, it's is huge!! This link is the final page all links to other pages are at the bottom. Take some time, digest, and reread. I want to throw something out there to begin with, that drastically changes the timeline. The diary entries on the first say they woke up in the afternoon (exhausted) and ate breakfast at two pm. They packed up and were on to the next leg of the journey by 2:30 pm. Very late start. They set up camp no later than 4:00 pm at the infamous dyatlov pass. Sun sets around 5:00 pm and it takes an hour to construct the tent. They have not put together the stove in the tent yet which takes over an hour to do. They ate within 8 hours of their death. They were not sleeping when "it" happened (stove not ready) the food in their stomachs was the breakfast from the other site. No evidence of cooking fire at dyatlov site. They hadn't had dinner yet. This incident began at around 5 pm to 6 pm. This changes everything. Sunset. The watches with gears had frozen due to the internal oil inside being submerged in snow which takes approximately 30 mins it 10:30 pm. The longest living ones never lived past 10 pm. The ENTIRE timeline is wrong.

I have done research on this. Very scary to say the least. It is one of the top 10 unsolved mysteries and the information is so obscure and contradictory in some matters that you are led to believe in that there is some kind of supernatural force at play.

There is a movie about it also. I think it is called Devil's Pass or something close to that. Check it out. It will scare the crap out of you if you allow your mind to wander.

One of the sites I read said that all of the victims had radiation on their bodies, except it was only skin deep...there was one exception however.
That was Zolotaryov, the 38 yr. old war veteran. His heart was radioactive. Did you read this? I actually have read more websites than I mentioned and can't remember where I read it.

The information on the heart is what started me thinking about the CIA theory, i.e. he was carrying the radioactive clothing he intended to give the americans underneath his clothes. He also had two cameras, one that he used everyday and one that he kept hidden. This would have been to photograph the americans.

I've also considered torture but discounted it due to the fact there were no footprints from anyone but the hikers. Now that I think about it, if they moved the entire scenario, there wouldn't be. Have to think about that one though. How would they have created the footprints that were there?

Re: excited to share info re: dyatlov pass incident
Also, Zolotaryov was one of the two people outside who appeared to have alerted the people in the tent to the impending danger. My thought is that maybe he had gone to rendezvous with the americans and they followed him back.

I thought the history of the second guy outside was a bit strange also. He grew up in a prison camp. His father was executed by Stalin while in there and it occurs to me that he wouldn't have been given a bus ticket home, he would have been indoctrinated in some way by the government,

The four people in the ravine include the above two, Zina and Kolevatov, who had worked previously in a nuclear facility. If anyone was tortured, it was these four. Several websites stress that whom or whatever killed everyone appeared to be extremely angry with the last four. That's why I believe they did something to make this incident happen. Like F with the CIA.

Then again, they could have been cooperating with the CIA and the Russians did it to them.

Thoughts please?

Re: excited to share info re: dyatlov pass incident
To be clear, any special ops would know how to cover their tracks, quite literally guys. Arguments about foot prints are silly, especially since they photos were taken incorrectly of foot prints and the school friends in the search rifled through the tent with know one stopping them. They didn't even know it was a crime scene at first. Just an example that we don't have a pristine crime scene anyhow. Do not discount there could be 2-3 more people on the ground for sometime. We can clearly see branches even discarded along the way. (To mess up tracks?) Both snow shoes and skis would made it easy clean up. this theory is still strong. Additionally, the tourists could have been told to discard their shoes at the tent by these assassin's (to aid them in not being able to run easily and of course expose them to the cold)

Re: excited to share info re: dyatlov pass incident
A Romulan warbird decended that day with a damaged cloaking device. They were testing the Federation theory of time travel by warping around our sun. The radiation emitted by the device caused the discoloration of skin as well as the melting of snow around the tent.

Being of course hostile to humans they first hovered over the tent scaring everyone out into the open, while repairs to the cloaking device were made. Thus hoping to freeze the group into silence.

Then needing to insure silence they used their disruptors to blast part of the group which had managed to get clothing on, thus the remains of beta particles on there clothing, and internal injuries without skin trauna, and the melting of eyeballs.

Romulans cut out tongues of there victims as a trophy which accounts for what happened to the one girl in the group.

With repairs made they warped back around the sun and back to there own time.

They weren't "hiding", they were there to find out where Russia was doing nuclear tests.

If you really want to know about it, read the article suggested by the OP

I am so psyched! I went looking online for the book written by Alexei Rakitin today and couldn't find it anywhere online. I ended up e-mailing the publisher of the book in London asking where I could find it. I just looked at one of the Russian sites you recommended and there it is, his book! I can't believe it! He's one of the few people who subscribe to the CIA theory.

Which brings up the fact that the CIA theory is ridiculed in almost every article on the net.

And then we have Mr. Clown Car above who tried in vain to make it sound preposterous. Gee, I think we may be onto something....

Mixed stories on radiation/toxicology reports with the organs. Coroner's report shows 9 samples of organs were sent to be tested. The results are not in the report. One investigator claims he saw the reports only to prove no one was drunk at the time of death. Very unclear on all counts.

I'm hooked, I've been reading about this for the past three hours.

A couple of observations...

One of the sources says that per their footprints, the skiers left the tent in single file, one behind the other. It seems to me that someone had them under their control.

Why in the world would someone take a Geiger counter on the rescue mission?

How and why did Semen/Alexander, the 38yr. old with four war medals, hook-up with a bunch of 20 yr. olds to go on a skiing expedition and why did he lie to them about his name?

I haven't read the article you recommended, but will soon.
