Pain was insignificant after the first day or so (and the hospital was very prompt and conscientious about providing more than adequate relief for post op pain) My husband was back home within two days or so. He has not had a single problem with it or any recurrence since. I wouldn't worry if I were you. I know it's easy to worry about any invasive procedure but this one (hernia repair) is not difficult or known to produce complications. Hope that helps somewhat. |

Everything has to be super-sterilized, each sponge they use on a patient is counted before and after they use it so they don't leave one in you by mistake, they overlook nothing! No one wants to get sued or risk his/her reputation. |
