Well, I think it is not bad idea after all. I visit one military forum, where they managed this situation similary. They have one thread (unofficialy called "butthurt thread") where is everyone alowed to speak out his opinions or whine about his miserable life or whatever. It is of course under mods supervision but it is for discussions. And another one thread htey have strictly for photos and videos. Everything else is deleted, violators of rules punished. But mods have work more easy because whole forum is only for registered members. They use temp bans and in cases of serious breach of rules perma bans.
