Obama Admin likely to now Arm the Ukraine - after Obama disarmed them in 2005?

2005 - Obama one of two senators led the push to disarm the Ukraine. Lugar ~ the other senator - and also the "leader" was a frequent traveler to Russia - and by many accounts a friend to Russia. their START treaty was to reduce weapons in both Russia and the US, and convince the Ukraine to disarm under the guise Russia would leave them alone.
