At some point in time the beast (AC) receives a mortal wound (Rev 13:3 wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast).
Apparently, He's revived - and his image continues to be projected throughout the world for worship.
Rev 13:12 ..dwell therein(earth)to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
