The antichrist also uses the ten horns to destroy mystery babylon.

15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68696334

Rev 17:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68706305

Antichrist appears to be killing off all characters Revelation:

2 witnesses

Rev 11

7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68730101

Last chapter of Revelation we see the antichrist is 19, at the war of Armagheddon:

19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 68741523

Rev 19 continued:

20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Re: Prophecies Jesus gave in Mathew 24 and Revevelation require internet and smartphone
That's the end of the antichrist for now - I would like to do a more thorough commentary and prophecies requiring the internet in the book of Revelation.

Here is an outline I've posted previously on the book of Revelation - excluding the churches for now:

Revelation timeline:

7 seal judgements: - Mathew 24, what Jesus calls time of sorrows

First four seal judgements horses of apocalypse start journey -
1) NWO-globalization - by deception; Math 24, see that no man deceives you.
2) war(terrorism?) - Math 24, nation will rise against nation.
3) price of food soars, - Math 24, there will be famine in diverse places.
4) 1/4 part men dies (hunger, pestilence, catastrophes, etc) - Math 24, disease; earthquakes.

5) Christians are killed for believing in Jesus - Math 24, many will be killed for my namesake

6) Great earthquake and many signs in sky take place. Acts 2 supports this. men hide in caves fearing wrath of God. This seal judgement in my opinion starts Great Trib.

7) Opens up the seven trumpet judgements.

The 144,000 witnesses who are sealed (protected) - and all hell is literally unleashed on earth. Additionally John is asked who are all these arrayed in white robes; when he said he didn't know; the angel said - these are ones who came out of the great tribulation.

7 Trumpet judgements:

1) 1/3 of all trees destroyed, all grass burned up.

2) Sun, moon stars all effect what is going to happen on earth(differently).

3) 1/3 of sea life, and ships - die and destroyed.

4) The fresh water supply becomes poisonous.

5) Men that received mark are tortured 5 months

6) Another 1/3 part men dies (war? ELE????) in a little over a year.

7) Opens up the seven vial judgements.

Characters of Revelation: first beast(AC), second beast(false prophet), woman on the beast (mystery babylon).

The AC ultimately destroys the woman on the beast, mystery babylon (USD? elite? Fed?).

The AC's sidekick (false prophet) tells all they must worship AC's image, and take a mark to buy or sell.
If anyone does this they are "lost forever".

Meanwhile the earth is going through such turmoil everyone is asking what is going on - sound familiar?

We will hear the gospel from the 144,000 who will be given a song no man can learn, and temple rebuilt.

2 witnesses will appear - and preach the gospel. After 3 1/2 years will be killed by beast.

They will lay in street 3 days and in front of the whole world God will ascend them into heaven.

The easiest part of all this time to recognize is the last 3 1/2 years:

The AC's army will surround Jerusalem. The AC will go in and defile the temple sanctuary. and declare himself to be God. He will then rule the world. He and his sidekick will be able to perform miracles.

7 Vial judgements: At the end of time - only people with mark of beast should be around to receive the double portion of God's wrath - you definitely don't want to be around for this.

Then Jesus meets beast in what is know as armegeddon. Throws the beast in lake of fire, puts satan in pit for 1000 years. After 1000 years satan is released. Tries to get nations to go against Jerusalem. After satan loses that battle is thrown into lake of fire.

God creates new heaven and earth. Jerusalem is center, and God will live with us.

Here's an excerpt pretty good commentary on Revelation:

One of the unusual things about the book of Revelation is that it is the only book in the Bible that contains a promise to everyone that reads it, and all that hear it will be abundantly blessed. The early church read the book of Revelation in its entirety every time they met. There was a curse spoken at the end of Revelation to anyone who tampered with the contents of the Bible.

This book was probably penned around 96 A.D. There is no proof of an absolute date. It is just as alive today as it was when it was written. So it doesn't matter when it was written.

We must remember, and I stress again, that John was banished to the Isle of Patmos, off the western coast of Asia Minor, because of his boldness in speaking of Jesus Christ. He loved Jesus more than he feared punishment from the authorities.

Alone, with no other believers to share with, John had been left out there to die. The authorities assumed that there was nothing he could do out there to promote this Jesus. How wrong they were. He wrote the book of Revelation which would witness for him until the Lord returns. His witness is even stronger today than when he walked upon the earth. We must look at and understand the symbols we see to truly understand this book. Revelation is easily understood if the Holy Spirit of God reveals to us the symbols within.

Revelation is not a horror story as many believe. To the Christian there are wonderful promises of a fantastic future. It is only a horror for those who have decided for all of eternity to refuse the free gift of salvation that Jesus offers to whosoever will. In many of the books, it is indefinite who says some of the things, but in Revelation it is Jesus speaking and He is the Truth. Jesus not only knows the end from the beginning, He is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. There is nothing before Him and nothing after Him.

--------

1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified [it] by his angel unto his servant John:

We start Revelation chapter one with not a "theological" trip, but a spiritual journey into the future as we begin the study of the Book of Revelation written by John the Apostle while imprisoned on the Island of Patmos. John didn't receive a dry, dead, theological explanation of future events. He received a powerful, dynamic, life changing prophetic revelation. He received a revelation of Christ in all His Glory, he saw into the throne room of Heaven, and he received a supernatural unveiling of God's end time plan. It was so awesome that John actually fell down as though he were dead:

The Greek word, Apokalupsis, means to "reveal" or "unveil" that which is hidden. The term "signified" does not mean that this is a book of unknowable signs, but that God signified by the miraculous presence of the announcing angel that the message was from Him.

This Revelation is a revealing of the mysteries of Jesus Christ. God the Father gives this message to Jesus, Jesus gives it to His personal angel, the angel gives the message to John, and John writes this message to all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. This message is given to John to encourage the Christians. These Christians should not be caught unaware. These things must come to pass because it is the will of the Father.

"Signified" means made known by symbol and figure. Some might say signs which reveal God's truth.

Angels are ministering spirits. This particular angel was Jesus' own personal angel who brought this message. "Jesus Christ" means the Savior, the Anointed One.

Re: Prophecies Jesus gave in Mathew 24 and Revevelation require internet and smartphone
I thought this was an accurate description of what is happening in our world today:

Jesus Died in a Police State

Citizenry with little recourse against the police state. As the Roman Empire expanded, personal freedom and independence nearly vanished, as did any real sense of local governance and national consciousness. Similarly, in America today, citizens largely feel powerless, voiceless and unrepresented in the face of a power-hungry federal government. As states and localities are brought under direct control by federal agencies and regulations, a sense of learned helplessness grips the nation.

Perpetual wars and a military empire. Much like America today with its practice of policing the world, war and an over-arching militarist ethos provided the framework for the Roman Empire, which extended from the Italian peninsula to all over Southern, Western, and Eastern Europe, extending into North Africa and Western Asia as well. In addition to significant foreign threats, wars were waged against inchoate, unstructured and socially inferior foes.

Martial law. Eventually, Rome established a permanent military dictatorship that left the citizens at the mercy of an unreachable and oppressive totalitarian regime. In the absence of resources to establish civic police forces, the Romans relied increasingly on the military to intervene in all matters of conflict or upheaval in provinces, from small-scale scuffles to large-scale revolts. Not unlike police forces today, with their martial law training drills on American soil, militarized weapons and “shoot first, ask questions later” mindset, the Roman soldier had “the exercise of lethal force at his fingertips” with the potential of wreaking havoc on normal citizens’ lives.

A nation of suspects. Just as the American Empire looks upon its citizens as suspects to be tracked, surveilled and controlled, the Roman Empire looked upon all potential insubordinates, from the common thief to a full-fledged insurrectionist, as threats to its power. The insurrectionist was seen as directly challenging the Emperor. A “bandit,” or revolutionist, was seen as capable of overturning the empire, was always considered guilty and deserving of the most savage penalties, including capital punishment. Bandits were usually punished publicly and cruelly as a means of deterring others from challenging the power of the state. Jesus’ execution was one such public punishment.

Acts of civil disobedience by insurrectionists. Starting with his act of civil disobedience at the Jewish temple, the site of the administrative headquarters of the Sanhedrin, the supreme Jewish council, Jesus branded himself a political revolutionary. When Jesus “with the help of his disciples, blocks the entrance to the courtyard” and forbids “anyone carrying goods for sale or trade from entering the Temple,” he committed a blatantly criminal and seditious act, an act “that undoubtedly precipitated his arrest and execution.” Because the commercial events were sponsored by the religious hierarchy, which in turn was operated by consent of the Roman government, Jesus’ attack on the money chargers and traders can be seen as an attack on Rome itself, an unmistakable declaration of political and social independence from the Roman oppression.

Military-style arrests in the dead of night. Jesus’ arrest account testifies to the fact that the Romans perceived Him as a revolutionary. Eerily similar to today’s SWAT team raids, Jesus was arrested in the middle of the night, in secret, by a large, heavily armed fleet of soldiers. Rather than merely asking for Jesus when they came to arrest him, his pursuers collaborated beforehand with Judas. Acting as a government informant, Judas concocted a kiss as a secret identification marker, hinting that a level of deception and trickery must be used to obtain this seemingly “dangerous revolutionist’s” cooperation.

Torture and capital punishment. In Jesus’ day, religious preachers, self-proclaimed prophets and nonviolent protesters were not summarily arrested and executed. Indeed, the high priests and Roman governors normally allowed a protest, particularly a small-scale one, to run its course. However, government authorities were quick to dispose of leaders and movements that appeared to threaten the Roman Empire. The charges leveled against Jesus—that he was a threat to the stability of the nation, opposed paying Roman taxes and claimed to be the rightful King—were purely political, not religious. To the Romans, any one of these charges was enough to merit death by crucifixion, which was usually reserved for slaves, non-Romans, radicals, revolutionaries and the worst criminals.

Jesus was presented to Pontius Pilate “as a disturber of the political peace,” a leader of a rebellion, a political threat, and most gravely—a claimant to kingship, a “king of the revolutionary type.” After Jesus is formally condemned by Pilate, he is sentenced to death by crucifixion, “the Roman means of executing criminals convicted of high treason.” The purpose of crucifixion was not so much to kill the criminal, as it was an immensely public statement intended to visually warn all those who would challenge the power of the Roman Empire. Hence, it was reserved solely for the most extreme political crimes: treason, rebellion, sedition, and banditry. After being ruthlessly whipped and mocked, Jesus was nailed to a cross.

As Professor Mark Lewis Taylor observed:

The cross within Roman politics and culture was a marker of shame, of being a criminal. If you were put to the cross, you were marked as shameful, as criminal, but especially as subversive. And there were thousands of people put to the cross. The cross was actually positioned at many crossroads, and, as New Testament scholar Paula Fredricksen has reminded us, it served as kind of a public service announcement that said, “Act like this person did, and this is how you will end up.”

Jesus—the revolutionary, the political dissident, and the nonviolent activist—lived and died in a police state. Any reflection on Jesus’ life and death within a police state must take into account several factors: Jesus spoke out strongly against such things as empires, controlling people, state violence and power politics. Jesus challenged the political and religious belief systems of his day. And worldly powers feared Jesus, not because he challenged them for control of thrones or government but because he undercut their claims of supremacy, and he dared to speak truth to power in a time when doing so could—and often did—cost a person his life.

Unfortunately, the radical Jesus, the political dissident who took aim at injustice and oppression, has been largely forgotten today, replaced by a congenial, smiling Jesus trotted out for religious holidays but otherwise rendered mute when it comes to matters of war, power and politics. Yet for those who truly study the life and teachings of Jesus, the resounding theme is one of outright resistance to war, materialism and empire.

As Professor Taylor notes, “The power of Jesus is one that enables us to critique the nation and the empire. Unfortunately, that gospel is being sacrificed and squandered by Christians who have cozied up to power and wealth.” Ultimately, this is the contradiction that must be resolved if the radical Jesus—the one who stood up to the Roman Empire and was crucified as a warning to others not to challenge the powers-that-be—is to be an example for our modern age.

When we SEE ALL these things.

We'll see nation against nation, kingdom against kingdom:

Do to them as you did to Midian, as you did to Sisera and Jabin at the river Kishon, who perished at Endor and became like refuse on the ground. Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna, who said, “Let us take possession of the pasturelands of God.”

Make them like tumbleweed, O my God, like chaff before the wind. As fire consumes the forest or a flame sets the mountains ablaze, so pursue them with your tempest and terrify them with your storm. Cover their faces with shame so that men will seek your name, O LORD. May they ever be ashamed and dismayed; may they perish in disgrace. Let them know that you, whose name is the LORD—that you alone are the Most High over all the earth. (Psalm 83:9-18)

Asaph, the Psalm’s writer, can’t resist telling the Lord exactly how he’d like Israel’s enemies to be dealt with. In that sense he’s just like you and me.

Midian was defeated by a vastly outnumbered force under the command of Gideon. It was another case of the Lord turning Israel’s enemies against each other and causing them to defeat themselves (Judges 7).

Revelation 1 cont.

1:4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

John became the apostolic leader of the church at Ephesus following the death of Paul and the destruction of Jerusalem by Rome (A.D. 70). The Ephesian church had established a number of daughter churches throughout the province of Asia (western Asia Minor), and John exercised pastoral and apostolic care of them. The blessing of verse 4 comes from the triune God-head: God the Father, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ. Him which is a paraphrase of the name Jehovah or Yahweh (Ex 3:14): "I AM,"

Revelation 1 cont.

1:4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

1:5 And from Jesus Christ, [who is] the faithful witness, [and] the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Jesus Christ is the faithful witness in that He has finished His work of revealing the Father (John 17), the first begotten of the dead in that He is the firstfruits of the first resurrection (Rev. 20:6).

We see in verse 4 and 5 the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. As we said Jesus' witness is faithful, because He is the Truth. Jesus was the very first person ever resurrected. There was someone who went to heaven before, Enoch, when he was carried away into heaven mysteriously disappearing from the earth because he pleased God. Then there was Elijah, who was carried to heaven in a whirlwind accompanied by the chariot of fire. Neither of these, however, were resurrected. They were never buried.

"Why there is no war mentioned in Psalm 83"

There are many today who are speaking of a "coming war", which they say is mentioned in Psalm 83. Despite this "rumor" the real reality is that the psalmist "never" mentions any war taking place in this Psalm 83, but he only reveals the "plot" of Israel's enemies in Psalm 83 who are planning her annihilation as a nation.

1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him [be] glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

The most important statement in V-6 is that Jesus is called God. The statement "God and his Father" leaves no doubt that Jesus was, is, and always will be God. Notice, too, that it is nothing we do that makes us kings and priests. Jesus made us kings and priests.

We will sit on thrones in heaven with Jesus. There is no greater glory due anyone than Jesus who actually did all the work.

We see that Jesus is supreme in dominion in Philippians 2:9 -11 "Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:" "That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of [things] in heaven, and [things] in earth, and [things] under the earth;" "And [that] every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Each Christian shares in Jesus' priesthood. He is the High Priest forever. So be it. Forever never ends.

In the true church, no one is called "priest" (singular) except Christ. Believers are part of a "royal Priesthood" in Christ (1 Peter 2: v.9; Rev. 5:10). The glory and dominion (authority) of Christ are emphasized throughout the book. (Romans 5: v.8; 1 John 3: v.16). Washed us: Believers have been redeemed from their sins through the blood and death of Christ. Made us kings and priests:

Some people believe Jesus' return will be secret, I do not. How could every eye see Him, if He came back secretly? Don't you know that there will be some grieving people, when they realize who Jesus really is? Wouldn't you hate to be the one who spit on Him, or the one who drove the nails in His hands, or even the Scribes and Pharisees? Anyone who rejected Him will have grief beyond explanation. The grief will be so great that they will be moaning and grating their teeth.

Continuing with Revelation 1:

1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

The first words of Jesus to John personally identify him with the "I AM' of Scripture, for He calls Himself the "Alpha and Omega." These are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet. The title signifies, in the language of communication, the completeness with which God revealed Himself to mankind through Christ. This is nothing less than an official affirmation by Jesus of His personal deity. No ordinary human would ever say of himself, "I am the first and last."

We see here that God the Father, God the Word, and God the Holy Spirit are all three eternal. They each have no beginning and no end. Their Spirit is one. Their embodiments are three.

One thing most christians don't realize is - believing in Jesus doesn't mean we won't have trials and tribulation - nothing could be further from the truth.

We all must have patience in waiting for his return. He will indeed return.

John found himself in a place for hardened criminals because he dispersed the word of the kingdom.

1:10 I was in the Spirit on the Lord's day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

We note here that John was in the Spirit. Spirit is capitalized. This indicates that John was totally consumed by the Holy Spirit. This great voice is an awesome sound. There is no question whose voice this is. When the Lord returns and blows the silver trumpet to redeem His people from the earth, it will actually be His voice, which is like a trumpet. God's voice frightened the children of Israel on their way to the Promised Land. They thought it thundered the voice was so great.

1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send [it] unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

Commentary:

Saying I am Alpha and Omega

These words have been omitted from other translations for apparently they are not in the original. The Revised Standard Version has "Write what you see in a book and send it to the Seven Churches..."

What thou seest, write in a book

John is about to see the first of many remarkable visions, the like of which no man has ever witnessed, and he is told to make sure it is carefully recorded so that others may be able to share these wonderful things.

And send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia

The order in which the churches are listed here in this verse and in chapters 2 and 3 represent the geographical sequence in which a messenger carrying a letter from Patmos, would reach these seven cities in the province of Asia. 'Acts of the Apostles', p. 585 says "The names of the seven churches are symbolic of the church in different periods of the Christian era. The number seven indicates completeness, and is symbolic of the fact that the messages extend to the end of time, while the symbols used reveal the condition of the church at different periods in the history of the world."

Unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Sardis, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

The seven churches are the first in a series of sevens in the Revelation. As applied to the seven churches, this number has a specific purpose. There were more than seven churches in the province of Asia but the Lord evidently chose the seven churches here named because they are typical of the condition of the church as a whole.

All those things you say are true.

But we don't know who the antichrist is.

Until we do the Great Trib won't commence.

However, yes I do believe we are in Tribulation and will see unbelievable horrors beginning very soon.

Although many have already witnessed horrors in so many disasters that are happening in the world today.

They'll just get worse like Jesus said they would.

As we found out you are not allowed to even HAVE a website unless it's dumbed down for smart phones or Google will bump you off their ranks which is why a lot of modern websites have a sucky design which jumps a lot when scrolling. It has to be made for smart phones.

The big industry is working hard to kill the computer industry and have accelerated the results since Windows 8 trying to make the Desktop be a smart phone and Windows 10 isn't any better.

Microsoft bought Nokia phone company and MS fired all their old employees replacing them with Nokia ones.
They want to eventually replace computers with smart phones largely due to DRM control but also to spy on US Citizens since regular computers you CAN'T take with you but smartphones you do *Even if the power is turned off* they can still spy on you and listen to what you are saying.

The only way to stop that is to remove the battery itself from the smart phone.

In store-apps is the way big industry is going which they can monitor and control all content no freedom of expression unless TPTB approves it and you are worthy of their presence.

Windows 10 is going to be ALL in store apps which Microsoft has to approve. I dread the day I will have to *Jail break* my new computer in order to run third party software which will void any warranty.

Interestingly enough Microsoft officially released the secrets to the Windows core which just got released over in Linux Land which means any one with decent programming skills can tap into the Windows onboard kernal.

That's what they want, and soon will be the only way we can buy or sell anything.

We are already hearing countries like Denmark are already at that point.

Other countries are now talking about eliminating cash altogether.

An article that Martin Armstrong wrote on his blog today:

Abolishing Cash – New Age of Economic Totalitarianism

Europe is moving full speed ahead to eliminate all cash...

The only way to prevent the banking collapse is to prevent people from withdrawing cash. Hence, we see this trend is surfacing in all the mainstream press to get the people ready for what is coming after 2015.75 – the elimination of cash....

Continuing with Revelation

1:12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

You understand that we cannot see a voice. This is saying, I turned to see where this voice was coming from.

This is not one candlestick with seven flutes, but rather seven separate stands. John wants us to see, not the happenings, but the one that causes it to happen. This revealing is not of historical events but revealing Jesus to us. One thing we see by the seven separate candlesticks is that there is light enough for each of these churches. They can have their own light.

Jesus said nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom.

Today - there is total meyhem in the middle east.

Iraqis shut gates of Baghdad to desperate families fleeing terror: Over 20,000 trapped in no man's land at the mercy of advancing ISIS horde after the fall of Ramadi

Thousands are stranded between ISIS-held Ramadi and the city of Baghdad

Refused entry to Iraqi capital because of concerns they could be militants

ISIS has reportedly taken control of a village between Ramadi and Fallujah

Indicates the terror group are moving eastwards towards the Iraqi capital

Meanwhile Iran-backed Shia militias are said to be moving to head off ISIS

Homeless families 'face danger from all sides', Human Rights Watch said

Over 20,000 innocent Iraqis are stranded in a deadly no man's land between ISIS militants in Ramadi and potential safety in Baghdad 60 miles to the east, where they are cruelly being refused entry.

The terror group yesterday slaughtered over 500 people to seize control of Ramadi - their biggest military victory in over a year - before holding a a twisted celebratory parade.

The thousands who were forced from their homes are now living in the open - many without shelter and dwindling aid - in small towns like Amiriyat Fallujah on the outskirts of Baghdad.

Iraq's military will not allow them to cross the Euphrates river and into the city because it can not confirm they are not ISIS militants, aid agencies in Baghdad have told MailOnline.

The country's army amassed around Ramadi yesterday, and Iranian-backed Shi'ite militias have also marched towards the city in a bid to recapture it. But counter-terrorism analysts say this move could result in an all-out sectarian bloodbath with the Sunni fanatics. See photos at link.
