 I think that you are right OP. Thank you  Yes great post. When people say that every generation has thought they were the last, I remind them of Fukushima. Without Divine Intervention, we are already dead. Thank you!! Yep - Fukushima among other things, will destroy us completely without divine intervention. Just as Jesus said in Matthew 24:22 - were that time not shortened, no flesh would survive. God destroys man because he destroyed the earth: Rev 11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
