France : National Socialism Police State. The decree that establish censorship of websites.
The interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve said Wednesday it had become inconceivable to the war on terror without going through enhanced control over the Internet.

Having presented Wednesday by the Cabinet Decree which must introduce censorship of websites about simple administrative order, which will be published in the next day or the next few weeks, the interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve again defended this measuring highly questionable outcome of the anti-terrorism law in November 2014.

The device requires ISPs to block within 24 hours all the sites which list is compiled by the staff of the Place Beauvau, under the sole control of a confidential character after the CNIL. Compared to the law that by making no mention, the decree adds still a mechanism to appeal a posteriori for unfair blockage. Already criticized, the device should soon be extended to new categories of place, including the criminalization will not be left to an independent judge.

"We will not fight terrorism if we do not take Internet regulatory measures that are not there to violate the freedom of expression, but are just there to make the call to terrorism, provocation terrorism, which can impact on vulnerable minds is stopped and controlled, "said Bernard Cazeneuve Wednesday.

Tuesday night, during a statement on the neutralization of a jihadist die, the interior minister confirmed that he would visit in late February in the United States, not only to meet his US counterparts, but also "the major operators of the Net as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft." The objective is to "urge them to join our fight against terrorist propaganda on the Internet and social networks," he had announced on the 14th of January.

When France and the West do not hesitate to speak of war against the Islamic State and the jihadists of all persuasions, the giants of American web are encouraged to be patriotic and participate in the effort against -propagande befitting any armed conflict. Last week, the French Government launched its anti-jihad website and paid Google for it to be put forward in the search results.

When government violate the rights of the people, the insurrection is, for the people and for every portion of the people, the most sacred of right and the most indispensable of duties.

In a secular republic where the president and prime minister are praying in a synagogue we could not hope better.

What do the results of this test mean?

The servers identified above receive a request to resolve a domain name (e.g. www.eff.org) to an IP address everytime you enter a website address in your browser.
The owners of the servers above have the ability to associate your personal IP address with the names of all the sites you connect to and store this data indefinitely. This does not mean that they do log or store it indefinitely but they may and you need to trust whatever their policy says.
If you are connected to a VPN service and ANY of the servers listed above are not provided by the VPN service then you have a DNS leak and are choosing to trust the owners of the above servers with your private data.
