Russia never wanted the rest of the Ukraine, it's a money pit. Europe will do anything to avoid war, so I bet Hollande was wearing knee pads while Merkel was wearing a cat mask and collar and spanking him for Putins amusement.
Israel doesn't like this but, they will now claim a victory and the Ukraine and populate it with martyrs as the place is radioactive and claim it the new Jerusalem. Then they will work behind the scenes in conjunction with the other shadows.
The US loves it as "it is just a piece of paper" and they now have more time to punish UAE for raising oil prices, get rid of Netanyahoo, straighten out Turkey and wait for Russia to wipe out Israel for whats going to happen in Syria. If Putin doesn't wipe out Israel, Russia will be wiped out.
Israel is a loose end. Their purpose is no longer relevant, the Middle East has been won.

The winner of any major conflict will then be easily crushed by China as they will be fresh and many.
