17 encoded TWICE into Irish Lottery Jack pot figure.....some thing big is coming...

17 came up in last weeks Irish Lottery.

Reduce the size of the Lotto Jackpot. 1 + 0 + 2 + 3 + 0 + 5 + 6 + 0 = 17

"technical mistake" = 17 Characters.

Total Number of Characters in the above text = 119 Reduced = 1 + 1 + 9 = 11

I hope the following is not true...
17th February 2015 = 1 + 7 + 2 + 2 + 0 + 1 + 5 = 18 (6+6+6)
