Bright pink hot orb bolted my sole of my right foot and woke me very very strange what? Why? Pls

I was woken 4 am by a ,I can only say huge power round pink and hot ! I was like why the ... ? I couldn't go back to sleep after it , never happened before , anyone know what it could be ?
