That's not the first time he has come out in favor of depopulation. It is surprising he said it there where millions of people would here it. He did not say just vaccines, he said vaccines and healthcare would reduce world population by 10 or 15 percent. I must be confused, because I thought vaccines and healthcare were to save lives, not to reduce the population. Here wants to use vaccines and healthcare to kill about a billion people! Maybe he could just have the global warming fanatics (like him) commit suicide.

Not to get too far off topic, but everyone who talks about global warming always blames it on factories and cars. The graph he shows in the video just happens to coincide with the horrific rise in deforestation. Hello, people. Trees eat co2, duh. less trees means more co2, and less 02.

Deforestation also effects weather patterns. There is also a natural rise in co2 we see in patterns in core samples, as well as, the core of the earth is warming. To blame cars and people alone is ignorance.

It is funny all of this is left out of the scenario when it comes to depopulation propaganda.

I tend to accept what you said, i.e., the non-diabolical interpretation of Gates' remarks.

Also, it is possible there could be long-term, but non-permanent, contraceptive medicines that the public would consider vaccines, because of how they are administered: an occasional injection to control a possible future medical condition.

Where is all this extra CO2 supposed to be?

Because we still have about 300-500 ppm of CO2 in our breathing atmosphere - the same ppm of CO2 that existed back in the early 1900s.
