Societies Problem. **UPDATE**Home Invasion, 3 hostages, gun taken from criminal, homeowner arrested
A couple of days ago in Walker Louisiana just outside of Baton Rouge, a criminal stole a car, a gun and did a home invasion on 3 occupants.

After hours of fear, threats , demands, etc. from bad guy. Husband comes home, finds this perilous situation , fights intruder, intruder shoots 3 times. Homeowner manages to get gun , shoots bad guy in shoulder as he attempts to flee in the stolen car.

What do the cops do??

They arrest the homeowner Aaron Neams, father, husband of the victims and charge him with ......

Aaron Neames faces one count each of illegal use of a weapon and attempted second-degree murder.

Update

Now we have Sheriff Newell Normand of the Jefferson Parish, Louisiana police department saying that his Officer, a MMA Fighter on the side who brutally beat a 17 year old who was drunk at a Mardi Gras Parade was justified.

Normand went on to say that he would not have wasted his time punching the 17 year old because he wouldn't want to break his hand on his face.

Listen to the venom in this Officials voice as he speaks about a 17 year old . Yes the kid was drunk. Here is a news flash Normand.

Since about 30 days after creation the 1st wine was drank. Think about it, man puts grapes into container, they ferment, he drinks and , boom wine tastes good.

Throughout history society has dealt with drunken behavior. In a civilized world with thinking men, they simply use their head, understanding the guy is not thinking clearly and convince the guy to accompany them to jail, the arrest or time to sleep it off is all that is needed.

But no, the cops today seem to have a need to escalate every encounter into an excuse for barbarism .

If it goes to trial and jurors convict him the community needs to shun them and let them know they are complete assholes. We get so many dumb fucks on juries that let the legal system get away with these injustices.

I say the only problem was that he didn't kill his criminal ass and drag him back into the house.

if you're gonna have a gun for home defense, you should also keep a few body bags. And maybe a pulley if you're alone and not very strong. And maybe a map of some deserted area within a couple hours' drive, with soft ground easy to dig in. Ya know?

A couple of days ago in Walker Louisiana just outside of Baton Rouge, a criminal stole a car, a gun and did a home invasion on 3 occupants.

After hours of fear, threats , demands, etc. from bad guy. Husband comes home, finds this perilous situation , fights intruder, intruder shoots 3 times. Homeowner manages to get gun , shoots bad guy in shoulder as he attempts to flee in the stolen car.

What do the cops do??

They arrest the homeowner Aaron Neams, father, husband of the victims and charge him with ......

Aaron Neames faces one count each of illegal use of a weapon and attempted second-degree murder.
