BTW, looks like someone has been reading Dr Wayne Dyer....and making HIM richer and creating a dilusion for himself. See, self help books are a trap because at the end of the book, you're still YOU with all the same flaws and bad habits as when you started reading it. Only now, you have something more to feel ashamed about than usual....not being able to do "it" like Dr Wayne Dyer told you to. Then you're really fucked because he made it sound so simple but you can't even do THAT! So what the fuck is wrong with you?

It's just like that old saying, "No matter where you go, there you are. " True change won't come from a book, it comes from within. Study yourselves not some fucking book. That just makes them rich and leaves you feeling like a failure....again.

Intent isn't selfish or unselfish. Intent is simply the cause of what creates your life. It's blind, you get what you see, if you have evil intent then that's what you will create.

All these distractions dilute my intentions

I have been facing a project that seems overwhelming and I have been procrastinating.

Just this morning I thought, the problem isn't that it's too much to do - the problem is that I'm doing nothing to reach this goal. Almost frozen.

Well, the decision is made. I'm moving forward with this project. I grabbed a huge cup of very strong coffee and told myself only 15-20 minutes on GLP this morning (while the caffeine soaks in) and then on to work.

And then here is your post. Pinned at the top even.

The only downside to this is learning its not all true.

I've been gently suggesting this idea to people for a long time; to start focusing on what they do want, rather than beating the drum of what they don't want.

It's such an easy experiment to try -
Spend a few days deliberately focusing intention (thoughts) on the things that make you feel good. It's that feeling of 'feeling good' when you think about the good things that law of attraction responds to - your vibration - and you experience more of it because that's what you're attracting.

Likewise, those who spend time focusing on what makes them feel bad, those beating the drum of lack - much like the person above who wants a million dollars, for example - they're focusing on their 'lack' of money.... their vibration is one of 'lack' and the law of attraction brings more of it.

The Law of Attraction works all day, every day - whether we're aware of it or not - all one has to do to become conscious of their intentions is to take a look at where they are focusing their energy, what thoughts dominate their vibration and it will always be a match to what they manifest in their reality.

Those who whine about 'not having enough' will continue to manifest reasons to whine about not having enough.

Those who focus their attention on what already feels good in their experience will continue to manifest reasons to feel good.

Thinking, feeling and expressing gratitude and appreciation attracts more manifestations that we are grateful for and appreciate.

Thinking, feeling and expressing disgust, hatred and 'not wanting' attracts more manifestations that we are disgusted with, hate, and don't want.

The concept is soooooo simple, yet so many don't 'get it' - because they are so caught up in their own feelings of despair and/or they are simply unwilling to take responsibility for their thoughts. I understand, I was once that person, but there is a different way to live, and for me personally, it's a much better way to live - my life is literally unrecognizeable from what it used to be. I changed the way I think, I now focus my intention deliberately and my whole word changed.

Our thoughts create our reality - I hope more and more people can learn to create happiness deliberately rather than creating crap by default.

To some it may sound prepostorous but that is only because it need not be much complex than that.

Really believe in what you are doing is all that is required and force yourself to focus on what you want and with enough persistance it will start to come true.

Start off small and then gradually build the process until you are satsified. But most importantly try and be satisfied all the time even though it is tough.

What the mind can conceive, the body will achieve if only you believe.
