I saw them in Honolulu in 69 or 70. Everything was cool until page sat down on a chair to do some acoustic. That didn't appeal to me. About the same time, I watched the day room tv in the barracks and watched Armstrong step on the moon. Led Zeppelin was better.

My buddy told the lady at the special pick up window we were picking up tickets and when she went looking for them he reached in through the little opening and grabbed the packet on the right side of the little slit.

When she couldn't find any we just said ok and walked away.

He opened the envelope and wallah.

These were for some one VIP. It had badges and the back stage passes.....we went from there.

Robert and Jimmy have only a few of these to give to his friends and such, he said.

Peter Grant was the one yelling at us...lol

We told him we paid 400 dollars a piece for them and that led Zeppelin were rock gods....

I ended up with a nose bleed. The bass speaker was so amazingly loud and it was hard to breath around it.

I would bet you could have been electrocuted if you touched a bare speaker wire...high voltage rock and roll.

My hearing returned in about two weeks or so....
