Quick update from the ‘Hampstead front’ – the main news this past week is that the 11-day ‘fact-finding’ hearing is not yet concluded as the judge did not after all deliver her judgment on Thursday 12 March. Here are 2 interviews I gave explaining where things appear to be at right now, insofar as that is possible, with thanks to Rod and Tony respectively. I should correct my assumption in the Thursday video that the judge heard Sabine’s solicitor that morning, Sabine’s solicitor did indeed come along to the court but for a different reason while the judge herself was on another case. She is now due to deliver her judgment on ‘our’ case on Thursday 19 March so once again if anyone can come along to the court that morning I will definitely be there this time, come what may at the conclusion of the proceedings... Warm thanks to all who turned up in support last Thursday and I apologise for my absence on that occasion, it won’t happen again! Neelu is quite right, this whole system is coming down and we will very soon have a much better world but in the meantime there’s still work to do – it’s too early to put our feet up in the garden or whatever, at least on weekdays.
