Ive never been a dog person, so I didnt take notice until I collected my thoughts, but lets say, how does a 2 month old dog look im not sure?

I saw a boy and a girl with a puppy(their mom was with them) the boy had it in his arms, then a little girl with a puppy after I turned left near the illy cafe, any hampstead residents know what I mean by the illy cafe.....

Are these newly bought puppies or do puppies stay small for very long? I dont know ive only ever owned cats
