tech question; i need software or a way to create an interactive sales script.. point me in right direction?

i need to create a phone sales script but one where the user can select an option and based on that selection, go to the next appropriate page.

for example;

salesrep: Bob, what state do you live in?
Bob: TX

salesrep clicks on TX and is taken to a script page that may be a little differently worded than, say, CA, for whatever reason.

I need the ability to allow the user to select the right option, based on the consumer's answer, and therefore be guided through the script.
I hope i explained that well.
Any ideas of software?

I've been googling but since i dont know what to call it or how to describe it, i'm coming up with nothing.
