So if this is just fear mongering and Russian troops will not be in the southwest, and the Jade Helm 15 is scheduled for June or July, then why are they in such a rush and are going through drills now as seen in the video from Ft. Lauderdale? What is the big hurry? Training has always been done near the military bases. Why the change to populated areas?
