When I first bought The Torah I got together two bibles, one KJV and the Catholic bible, and went through each passage comparing what each said to the same passages in The Torah. I can say this with full certainty. There is A LOT missing in the generally accepted Christian bibles that can only be found in the Torah, and the Torah painstakingly explains how a word was translated because some ancient Hebrew words don't even have a translation in modern Hebrew let alone English, so they explained in detail how one word, just one word, took years of study to translate. So I am going to clear off my long desk again, get out my best reading glasses and lenses, and start reading and comparing. The copy of my Torah looks like I had it for years, its so worn, highlighted, and dog-eared. I like being able to hold the book I'm studying. I did mention I'm an old granny, right, and some habits die hard. If I read and study them to my last days, I will die happily. I am called to do this and I will. I highly recommend everyman's Talmud: The Major Teachings of the Rabbinic Sages. Sold on Amazon for about 18 USD. I agree much of the truth I am missing but I am aware of that I know as this voice shares with me I will see more clearly as pure love has a way with moving the soul hate greed and the lust of the heart drives the flesh yet the very spirit of the source of the I am that I am speaks to man - Man isn't content- no man will never find peace and I am an example of that - I rounded the globe for nothing - when I say no man will ever find peace is man seeking peace on his or her's own terms - we have little to do with it I found peace at my door - peace is the sound of nothing I can't share all that I am seeing but death at this moment is foreign to me - that which speaks to me is not of this realm and that of this realm means little to me I will enjoy my time and love my wife and family - in fact I have found Love to be the best weapon I have ever welded and amazing thing happened today which helped me see and understand - He that speaks and moves has allowed me for the first time understand creation - I now know all is connected and He needs little to feel the connection of it all I am sorry for rambling - I think that Yahshua will make a good Jew out of me |
