Update on Incirlik AB.

[link to www.news.com.au]

[link to shoebat.com]

My POV - It's simply a matter of when, not if, Erdogan gives the green-light to his irregulars that have Incirlik surrounded, to storm the base proper. Expect to see diversions and distractions come into play over there. If he is to succeed at all in this insane endeavour, surprise and speed will have to be on his side.

On the flipside, USAF personnel both tactical and support will have their jobs cut out for them. They cannot afford the base to be overrun. Hence, whatever is happening with their NATO allies on the base must be coordinated for common defense and ultimately, evacuation of all assets, personnel, and materiels.

Enter Marine Corps General Dunford, the IG (Inspecting General). if he is smart and locked on, he would have both a MEU/SOC BLT and NAVSPECWAR assets somewhere on station off the coast of Turkey, preferably Greece, ready to go in on his call. Obama be damned in terms of contravening his authority as field commander. The Base Commander should have USAF/AFSOC elements ready too for this contingency.

If surrender happens like it did in the Philippines during WWII, it will be a slaughter. Count on it. Survival is their only option and that means be ready to defend the base. Turkish AF units will have to be neutralized to ensure zero interference from Erdogan and heaven help our pilots should the Turks utilize MANPADS against them while they're taking off the runway.

The entire scenario is TARFU in my opinion, but not impossible to win. The nukes aka B-61's needs to be flown out asap. Lives hang in the balance on this. Hussein Obama may trigger Civil War 2.0 here in CONUS to cover up his duplicity should things go Benghazi 2.0 at Incirlik. He knows what is happening over there. He opts to side with his people and faith... Islam.

My head is spinning with probable scenarios for Incirlik, but this seems the most probable to me for the time being.

Both Ergodan and Obama would ignore the lost lives of the Americans as Obama idly makes those nukes accessible to Erdogan, or plans such fantastically stupid fiascos in an attempt to save both the Americans and nukes then shrug and say "oh well I tried". It is for the very reason you said - Obama is going to side with his people and his faith.

Re: The World at War
So close, the infinitesimal and the infinite.

Suddenly, I knew they were really the two ends of the same concept. The unbelievably small and the unbelievably vast eventually meet, like the closing of a gigantic circle. I looked up as if somehow I would grasp the Heavens, the universe, worlds beyond number.

G-d's silver tapestry spread across the night. And in that moment I knew the answer to the riddle of the infinite. I had thought in terms of man's own limited dimension. I had presumed upon nature...that existence begins and ends, is man's conception, not G-ds'. And I felt my body dwindling, melting....becoming....nothing. And in that moment my fears melted away and in their place came....acceptance.

All this vast majesty of creation means something. And then I meant something too. Yes, smaller than the smallest, I meant something too.

TO G-D, THERE IS NO ZERO.

China's Defence Minister has urged preparations for a "people's war at sea" to counter offshore security threats and safeguard sovereignty, state media reported Tuesday.

Chang Wanquan's comments came several weeks after an international tribunal dismissed the country's claim to most of the South China Sea, a judgement it angrily rejected.

The worst possible thing to happen. IS for nothing dramatic to happen, and it is just a drip drip drip water torture
same old same old like a turd floating in the punch bowl.

Yep. But that drip can only go on for so long before somebody cries wolf or dies.

China must prepare for 'people's war at sea': minister

China's Defence Minister has urged preparations for a "people's war at sea" to counter offshore security threats and safeguard sovereignty, state media reported Tuesday.

Chang Wanquan's comments came several weeks after an international tribunal dismissed the country's claim to most of the South China Sea, a judgement it angrily rejected.

don't they have like 300 ships in South China Sea now for an "exercise"?

China had the drills planned even before the UN verdict on the SCS Islands but beefed it up in a show of force after the verdict was against them.

Japan warns China over ‘coercive’ actions in disputed waters

Japan has slammed what it called China’s “coercive” measures in the South China Sea, warning that Beijing’s resolve to push ahead with its “unilateral demands” in the disputed waters could have “unintended consequences.”
