I feel a huge shift in the basic priority to have Christ in our daily lives. And the need to be a warrior for righteousness -- with kindness, but still an absolute priority. I have quite a lot of my own housecleaning to do in this area, but i hope to set a better example. Time feels precious. In this life anyway. Maybe i'm just going to croak soon. We'll see.

Re: The World at War
There are so many natural disasters that have taken place in the last two weeks as well as more disasters fairly accurately forecasted in the immediate future, meaning the next two weeks expected to occur.

Speaking of in diverse places, Indiana in the full bloom of autumn is predicted to have 90 degree temperatures and better for the next week. We're 20 degrees above our average.

Other places throughout the globe are also experiencing extreme weather phenomena. Natural disasters are abounding.

Meanwhile back at the man-made disasters, war and rumors of war are also abounding. There are flashpoints throughout the globe along with sadistic sick practices that no one but the victims apparently want to relinquish.

I feel as if Isaiah is saying "I told you so". Is this the time of repentance? Or is that time past?
 Quoting: -Haun-

The 40 days of teshuvah. Most people believe this is a time to repent for all of the 'sins' that they have committed on the earth. They are mistaken.

It was never about what THEY did. It is about their refusal to see that without G-d, they are NOTHING. They do not exist in the eyes of G-d. If someone does not exist, what sin is there that they can commit, much less repent for?

The natural disasters, the hate taking over mens' hearts...those aren't the result of sin. They are the merciful warnings of HaShem as to WHOM it is that truly lives.
 Quoting: ~Jazzy~

What you are describing, at least to me, is NOT a moving away from, meaning sin, and its possible punishments but a moving towards, meaning knowing the true nature of G-d in man. In her conversations with G-d, Catherine of Sienna said G-d told her: "....My daughter, you are she who is not, I am He who Is."

How can someone not exist in the eyes of G-d since it is G-d who animates them? Without G-d, they would be dust.

There is a saying that water is life.

I can take an empty pitcher and fill it to the brim with water, but by doing so, does the pitcher become alive simply because the water fills it? No.

The water would still be the sole source of life whether the pitcher existed or not.

Now, to answer the second part of your question about those who reject G-d, the same example of the water in the pitcher still applies.

Murky water still gives life. But it is seen through the glass darkly. The pitcher that holds it still remains dead as does the one which holds clear water.

Without darkness, the light could not be seen.

Without light, the darkness could not be known.
