Supreme Court Rules In Favor of Religious Schools, Says Aid Bans Are Unconstitutional

The Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision on Tuesday morning that Montana’s ban on religious schools receiving state aid — specifically scholarship funds — is illegal and that it’s unconstitutional for states to exclude religious schools from such programs.

Abbas: If annexation is announced, I will resign
Mahmoud Abbas, now in his 15th year of his 4 year term as president of the Palestinian Authority, announced his intention to resign the post if Prime Minister announces the partial annexation tomorrow.

While this sounds like good news, it would create a vacuum in the Palestinian Authority. The results could range from “someone worse than Abbas takes over” or really bad – for instance, Hamas would get the leadership position.

The resulting power struggle would likely inflame the region, with all out war between the various factions in their attempts to grab the spot.

Muslims should stop fighting among themselves or attacking the West, and should focus on "the enemy" - Israel, former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad has said.

In an English-language interview on Lebanon's Al-Mayadeen TV aired on June 29, captured by The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), Mahathir said that Muslim in-fighting was helping Israel and her allies.

"When you commit acts of terror without due consideration as to the effect on the people concerned, for example you kill people in Europe - obviously the Europeans will not support you." he told the interviewer. "Your enemy is Israel, fight against Israel, don't fight against other countries - unless they attack you, of course. But the enemy is Israel.
