In regards to the Oregon stand-off and the Bundy Ranch situation last year.
The Federal government owns 47% of America's land which is illegal under the US Constitution.
Article 1 Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution
The Federal governments only authority to own land is 10 sq miles around Washington DC and the amount of land needed to operate Forts/military bases and ports AT THE PERMISSION OF THE STATES.
