Someone need to check how this "judge" has ruled previously, there might be that the "judge" has been doing this lenient shit for a long time.

After they appeal it they can tack on more time and give him a proper sentence.

That's what the OC Superior Court calendar says, no explanation given.... methinks this is a troubled man with much weighing on his mind.
