This is actually the THIRD major warning the United States has received from Russia in the past six months. The first was the destroyer USS DONALD COOK that was buzzed by unarmed Russian aircraft in October 2014, and rendered completely impotent when all onboard electronics systems were fried by the Magrav technology. The Magrav EW [EW= electronic weaponry] was developed by Iranian nuclear engineer Mehran Keshe, and Russia had this technology almost immediately. When Keshe perfected his system, he wrote an open letter to Obama to please follow a peaceful global course. Obama responded by signing an EO in 2014 that banned the use of this technology by the public in the United States.

The USS DONALD COOK was hit, disabled and demoralized to the point where many of it's crew -including officers- resigned or requested transfers immediately after reaching port. This was last October and it barely made the MSM.

Last month, the carrier USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT was similarly buzzed by unarmed Russian military aircraft and again, a major US naval vessel was rendered nearly helpless and incapable of offensive actions. The USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT immediately put into the nearest safe port off the coast of Hampshire, UK. It was immediately announced in the media as an unscheduled visitation for the crew. This story also barely made the MSM in the US although in the UK the news was big, since the USN presence in Hampshire pumped millions of dollars into the local economy.


And now today, we have a mysterious blackout of Washington D.C.. My personal take on all of this is that the first two warnings were against our military to illustrate that firepower can be useless against such weaponry and that today's blackout may well be an example of a new EMP-type weapon that can strike without the expected high-level nuclear blast we all thing it would take.

Time will tell, to be sure.
