The huge carbon footprint that we leave, just to entertain ourselves with what amounts to what Socrates would call a part of the circus, --- as in Bread and Circus’, --- as meaning the sum of all man of desires. Entertainment and drama. The joy de vivre. A huge part of what makes us who we are.

If we were to decide to stop the investing of our disposable resources, into this adult Religious Disneyland, full of Gods that we have created and live with, then we could send these pedophile priests and imams and the rest of the religious hierarchies, who say they take poverty oaths, to feed the hungry and care for the poor. If they are speaking the truth, they should be pleased with us kissing them off and shipping them off with the food and wherewithal to actually walk their talk.

I think we owe those bastards that much. To give them their wish to serve man is good. Religious hierarchies should be thankful that the Secular authorities do not extract more for their vile history of creating all their Dark Ages against free thought and Inquisitions. I hate liars with a passion, --- as should all moral men, --- and I like the idea of those vile souls feeling the heat of real servitude to the souls they say they love and have stolen from for all of these years.

If Governments were not so intent on maintaining an un-earned respect for these God damned outdated religions that only produce homophobic, misogynistic and loony jihadist boys, --- and girls that put up with that God damned misogyny, --- we could have wiped out poverty a long time ago.

Religions, like poverty, are a part of our personal economy. All who read this contribute to both Religion and Poverty, whether you recognize that fact or not.

Please, for a short time, direct your support to poverty and sanity instead of giving it to religion, which, as a part of your personal circus, is just entertainment.

Choose to end poverty. You have the power to do that bit of good while you also reduce the evils of religion. Please write to your favorite politician and have him end religious tax breaks and you will be simultaneously ending poverty. Let us put those yearly wasted hundreds of billions of dollars to better use and reduce our carbon footprint and save many lives.

Now I recognize that you likely do not care about saving lives. But if you care about the planet and your carbon footprint, then redirect your funds. The Goddess Gaia will be happy. So will Sophia/Wisdom.
