There are different levels of it as well:

Level 1) Keeps the thoughts in the head and never acts out

Level 2) Surfs legal sites like youtube for tiaras videos and twerking videos, and likely eight-teen / incest adult porn videos

Level 3) Surfs actual kiddie porn, but doesn't make or distribute, or save locally.

Level 4) Actively participates in kiddie porn: archives and distributes but doesn't make.

Level 5) Makes kiddie porn (probably with own son/daughter.)

Level 6) Kidnaps/rapes and tortures strangers kids and probably their own kids.

Level 5 and 6 are likely actively seeking females own are pedos, some are successful, but many end up in jail trying to find an adult mate. Many just hide their true preferences from their wives /husbands (and yes, they often have wives or husbands.)
