So true! .. The biggest girl would bully me in 6th grade .. Told me I HAD to fight her .. I was probably 70 lbs wet .. Cried my whole way to the tennis court .. And unloaded on her .. I felt awful actually but no one ever messed with me again ..


I have always told my kids, never ever touch someone unless you are under a threat of violence or they hit you first .. And I will never be upset ..

My mom had a similar story to yours as a young child. She was a cute girl. Tiny. And picked on by those jealous of her. One day during school the pussy...I'm sorry, bully, approached her (with her minions of course) and told my mother to meet her after school to fight.

My mom is the kindest, most patient, beautiful soul I have ever met in my life. Seriously.

Later that day, in school, my mom ran into this bully in the hallway. While Ms. Bully's friends weren't around. Mom walked up to her, grabbed her and said "listen, if you wanna fight me you do it NOW. RIGHT NOW. ME and YOU."

Lol, needless to say, no fight occurred.

It has nothing to do with size or how innocent someone is ..

I see a lot of time, kids and even adults have so much weight on their shoulders .. They take everything you've held in, and when someone pushes them to far they snap ..



I kind of posted this in thought of my almost 17 year old .. Only time he was in trouble he elbowed a kid that jumped him in the locker room .. Throwing him across the room and he ran to the nurse crying ..

The principal literally gave him 10 days suspension for no violence tolerance .. Because my son should know he is huge and should have tried to walk away (he is a big teddy bear, good kid) .. BS .. After I went in, it was 1 day iss and a spot on the wrestling team ..

Never underestimate anyone :)
