I applaud the 'Bama congress critters spirit but if you can't get the sentiment to take root among the house and senate members in DC it is a mere token effort and a pointless exercise.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 69080936 ehhhhh.. what if 5 or 6 or 20 state congresses are saying this? It becomes 'a thing' and enters public opinion. Eventually, won't the DC congress folks have to give it a second look?
